4. Product Delivery…         

All purchased products will be delivered direct to the Member's nominated delivery address by the Affiliate Vendors.

5. Affiliate Profits...

100% of the Affiliate Profits generated by a Charity's Members' online purchases will be paid into that Charity's nominated Bank Account.

6. Affiliate Management Fee...

All registered Member Charities will agree to pay a monthly 1% Management Fee... based on each month's net revenue... 90% of which will be invested in the Project... and 10% retained to cover Buying2Give's operational expenses.
